Primary Bathroom Renovation & Expansion

This project reimagined a compact primary bathroom by expanding into the adjacent foyer coat closet, allowing for a larger, more functional shower without sacrificing essential storage, and the expansion into the primary bedroom to support a larger vanity.

The bathroom features a satin gold fixtures and hardware, a frameless glass shower door, and spa-inspired finishes including beautiful large-format wood-look ceramic wall tile. The shower system touts a rainfall shower head, adjustable handheld shower, and sleek controls all in satin gold finish anchoring the wall composition. The fluted wall tile pattern flows seamlessly through enlarged four recessed shower niches providing functional storage with a fully custom look. Natural wood open shelving above the toilet provides a clean look and ample storage. New paint, and upgraded plumbing fixtures brings a modern, cohesive aesthetic to the space. A wet-rated recessed fixture over the shower provides dramatic lighting for an immersive experience.

Adjacent areas were carefully modified to support the renovation: the foyer closet was resized while retaining its existing shoe rack, and the primary bedroom received a fresh coat of paint to complement the upgraded bath. Custom touches like a new bathroom door and thoughtfully placed electrical updates round out this well-integrated home improvement.
